A couple were left furious after airport baggage chaos left their clothes ripped to shreds. Posting to Twitter, user karen_nowland said her husband's bag was in pieces after flying from Manchester to Colombo in Sri Lanka, Birmingham live reports.

She also shared a picture of her partner's top completely torn apart after their Etihad flight. Karen wrote: "Look what happened to my husband’s bag somewhere between Manchester and Colombo!" Making light of the situation, she added: "My husband looks like a pirate.
