Charlie Adam in Nir Bitton Celtic transfer claim as former Rangers midfielder flags dressing room 'grumblings'

Nir Bitton caused "a little bit of an issue" and was among players who wanted to leave Celtic during the most recent transfer window.

The Israeli international will miss Saturday's match against Rangers after testing positive for COVID-19, and Adam has claimed he played his part in dressing room "grumblings".

Former Rangers midfielder Adam, who now plays at Dundee, also claimed that Kristoffer Ajer wants to leave. Earlier this week Ajer admitted that there had been "a lot of interest" in him during the window, but insisted he is in no rush to move and is looking forward to an important season for Celtic.
