On Saturday night (September 3), Simone attended the 2022 Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles to accept the late actor’s award. Chadwick won the Outstanding Character Voice-Over award for his role role as Black Panther aka T’Challa in the animated Disney+ and Marvel series What If…?.
