Cat Power has confirmed details of a covers album, due for release in 2022. The album, aptly titled Covers, is due on January 14 via Domino Records.
Today's announcement comes with two of the cover versions, Frank Ocean's "Bad Religion" and "A Pair of Brown Eyes" by The Pogues.

There is also a new version of her own song “Hate” from 2006's The Greatest, retitled “Unhate.” In a statement, Chan Marshall explained that her take on “Bad Religion” began when she was struggling to perform her own song "In Your Face" on.
