Cash boost for Lanarkshire church will enable community café and warm bank to continue

Volunteers within the Gilmour and Whitehill Parish Church in Hamilton have received an end of year cash boost courtesy of a Lanarkshire supermarket.Café volunteers within the church are delighted to have been given a cheque for £2000 from Asda Hamilton superstore.Their successful application to the Asda Foundation earlier this year will now enable them to continue to run their free community café, warm bank and provide emergency food provision to those within their local area.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
