Benjamin Poole abused the victim at a specialist care facility in Cheshire. In the summer of 2020 the woman, in her 20s, began to notice things were happening to her whilst she was having the seizures.

In November of that year she bought an alarm clock with a hidden camera built-in. READ MORE: Woman guilty of killing seven-year-old Emily Jones appeals against life sentence Within days it had recorded footage of Poole sexually assaulting her while she was suffering a seizure.
