People are convinced a cameraman accidentally caught Bigfoot on film – and even the man behind the footage reckons it might have been the mythical creature.Speculation arose after a clip from the 2001 nature documentary, Great North, resurfaced online.
The doc is described as an examination of "the landscape of the Arctic and long-standing Inuit traditions" and shows a herd of Caribou running alongside a river in northern Quebec, Canada.
Seconds into the video, a black figure can be seen moving with the Caribou before ducking down below a ridge. While it might be easy to write off the human-like figure as a member of the crew who accidentally made their way into the shot, cinematographer William Reeve said this could not be the case. And the entire crew was on the riverside of the camera, the riverside of the shoot [...] There was no one on foot."Anyone who got into the shot who was a crew member would have to buy the beers at night, so that's just bad protocol.
