A woman who admitted ignoring her bail conditions in a bid to get Calvin Harris tickets has escaped punishment for the breach.
Sinead Lovie, broke a ban on contacting her former partner by messaging him to demand the return of her concert tickets.Fiscal depute Sarah Wilkinson told Perth Sheriff Court that Lovie sent a text message demanding the tickets for the superstar DJ from Michael O'Brien.
Lovie wrote: "Hope you're happy with yourself. Lucy needs those tickets. Give them to her. I don't care about mine. Give her those tickets."Mr O'Brien recognised the number as Lovie's and reported the illicit contact about her friend's concert ticket to the police on July 2 this year.
Officers arrived to quiz Lovie and she asked them: "Is this about Lucy's tickets? I texted Michael. I panicked and texted him."Solicitor Paul Ralph, defending, said: "Calvin Harris tickets were the hot topic.
