He knew he had to get back in their good books quickly. And having been in Glasgow before, he knew the best way to do that was winning trophies.He took a huge step towards redemption by securing the Premiership a couple of weeks ago as Celtic fended off Rangers’ challenge.
And on Saturday afternoon it felt like his comeback was complete as they saw off their Old Firm rivals once again and got their hands on the Scottish Cup.
