BMW driver smashes into barrier near Trafford Centre

Pictures show the scene after a driver smashed their car into a barrier near the Trafford Centre. The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon (April 13).

Passers by snapped pictures showing the blue BMW crushed against a metal barrier on the B5214 (Trafford Blvd) near the Premier Inn Hotel.

It is understood the smash did not cause any congestion at the time and that the road remained open. The crash happened at around 1.30pm in the afternoon, with the North West Ambulance Service later confirming that nobody was taken to hospital after the incident.
