BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans have vowed to boycott the 2023 series after it was announced that Amanda Abbington would be taking part.

The Sherlock star, who was previously in a relationship and has two kids with fellow actor Martin Freeman, is now dating a former Britain's Got Talent contestant.

And it was revealed on Friday's instalment of The One Show that she would be competing against a host of other celebs to battle it out on the dancefloor in the hopes of winning the Glitterball trophy.
