As You Are Bar inches closer to opening after ANC approves settlement agreement

But when I got upstairs, the music was playing at the volume I would expect on a Friday or Saturday night,” Greenberg said. “I think you’d be really hard pressed to find business owners that are more responsive, community oriented people.
