Amanda Holden and Sharon Osbourne have stirred up drama this week, sparking debates over which star is wealthier. The feud heated up when the 53 year old Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda defended her friend Simon Cowell, 64, after Sharon, 71, and Louis Walsh made snide remarks about him on last month's Celebrity Big Brother.

Amanda highlighted that Sharon and Louis, 71, should recognise the importance of Simon in their success, attributing their affluence to his decision to cast them as judges on The X Factor, which had audiences of 20 million every week during its peak.

However, it seems Amanda may have neglected to consider that both Sharon and Louis have been successful in their own individual rights, working as music managers separately.

In addition, Sharon reached reality TV stardom in 2002 with her family, including rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, 75, in the MTV series The Osbournes.
