This Morning's beloved presenter Alison Hammond has disclosed that she charges her 19-year-old son, Aiden, rent. The TV favourite, who moved into her 'dream home' with a sprawling garden earlier this year, is now teaching her teenage son the importance of financial responsibility.Speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast, hosted by Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe, Alison shared: "It's brilliant, I've gone to a new level.

I go and get my eyebrows done, I go and get my nails done, and I pay in cash - perfect."But that's not all, as Aiden also pays an additional £30 a month to watch football on SkyTV.Despite having a net worth estimated to be around £4 million, Alison believes it's crucial for her only child to learn how to "pay his way", even jokingly referring to herself as "the landlady".

During the same conversation, Alison opened up about her new relationship with younger boyfriend David Putman, revealing that he and Aiden have met and her son "really liked him." Alison and David's relationship reportedly began in April, reports the Mirror.At 6ft 10in, David is a trained body therapist and offers a range of services including "classic, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, wraps, facial massage."The duo first met when the TV personality booked a £150 massage from him last year.It's believed that Alison often scheduled massages with David around her hectic filming schedule, The Sun reports.
