Alison Hammond has broken her silence after losing out on the gong for Best Presenter at the NTAs. The 48 year old This Morning presenter was nominated for the award, however, she ended up losing out to longtime winners, Ant & Dec at last night's show, Tuesday, 5 September.
Despite her loss, Alison was remaining positive the day after the awards, as she took to Instagram to share a snap which saw Holly Willoughby taking a selfie with Alison, This Morning doctor Zoe Williams, and others.
Alison captioned the post: "What a night of happiness at the @officialntas with @thismorning , we had the best time.Thanks so much for all your love support and votes and allowing us to be there.
I’ll be honest it was so nice watching the whole show with @joeldommett in our seats. "Sometimes failing can be your biggest success well done to @therepairshoptv and @antanddec, you all totally deserved the Win." Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly picked up the Best Presenter award for the 22nd year in a row.The Saturday Night Takeaway presenting duo beat This Morning's Alison Hammond, The Traitors host Claudia Winkleman, The Chase presenter Bradley Walsh and Martin Lewis at the 2023 awards bash, continuing their winning streak.
