Alex Jones Now Ordered To Pay Nearly $50 Million To Sandy Hook Parents in Defamation Trial

The amount that Alex Jones has to pay has increased significantly. If you’re not aware, Alex was being sued for defamation by the parents of one of the children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, as he called the entire thing a hoax for years.

Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, whose 6-year-old son Jesse Lewis was among 19 children and six educators killed in the deadliest classroom shooting in U.S.

history, were seeking $150 million. This marks the first time that Alex will be financially liable for peddling lies about the 2012 attack in Newtown, Connecticut.
