Aldi shoppers fume as £3.49 Olaplex 'dupe' shows up on eBay for nearly £35

Aldi delighted shoppers last week by announcing a brand new range of luxurious haircare products inspired by one of the biggest salon brands - Olaplex.

The budget supermarket chain's new Bonded haircare range dropped in stores on Sunday, July 28, and has already managed to wow shoppers who have been raving about it online.

Featuring three products that promise to "repair bonds in the hair" at just £3.49 - a shampoo, conditioner and pre-wash treatment - Aldi's range is very similar to the professional brand that retails at around £28 for one bottle.And it looks like some shoppers are trying to cash in on the popularity of the budget-friendly 'dupes', as they have already been spotted on eBay for up to more than £30 the original price.One Scots shopper took to the Aldi UK Shoppers Facebook page to warn that the supermarket's affordable hair care range had already turned up on the website.Pavla Popham, from Edinburgh, shared a screenshot of the Lacura Bonded range, which should only come in at £10.47 for the trio, that was being sold for £34.95.

She captioned the post: "And the craze has started."Shoppers were quick to flock to the comments section to slam those who are looking to cash in on the viral new products as "greedy". "Ridiculous!
