Manchester City have a triple injury concern over three key players as attention turns back to the FA Cup. Pep Guardiola’s side have a quick chance to bounce back from the disappointment of their Champions League exit this week as they aim to book their place in the FA Cup final.
City take on Chelsea at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, just three days after their penalty shootout defeat at the hands of Real Madrid.
Manuel Akanji, Kevin De Bruyne, and Erling Haaland were all taken off during extra time of that game, raising concern over potential injuries ahead of the weekend.
City will be looking to book their place back at Wembley next month where they will take on either Manchester United or the Championship’s Coventry City who play their semi-final on Sunday.
