Adam Thomas says 'for 48 hours I'm not me' after pleading for 'easier way' in health battle

He revealed the news around the same time he was announced in the Strictly Come Dancing 2023 line-up. While he shared at the time how he'd been told he had rheumatoid arthritis, he has since told how his initial diagnosis has been changed, saying in January on Loose Women that he's got Psoriatic arthritis.
Adam has continued to openly document his pain battle and the methods he is taking to try combat the symptoms. This week, the former Emmerdale star took to social media and said: "There has to be an easier way than this" as he showed himself getting an injection. Waterloo Road star Adam then pleaded with his fans for help and their input. "Is anyone else on this or have been on this and noticed a huge difference in themselves," he asked. "I feel like I am constantly in fog!
Drowsy, falling asleep all the time, stomach pain, throwing up. "Maybe it’s because I’ve not been as consistent with it as usual am not sure, but feels as though the side effects are getting worse, and lasting a lot longer.
