Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. The director of the Iris arts venue has secured £20,000 from South Ayrshire Council for the project. He also has the backing of Regional Screen Scotland - and is ready to kick off building work after lockdown.
