'Who TF Did I Marry?' Viral TikTok Series Is Getting a TV Adaptation, Natasha Rothwell to Star & Develop Project!
justjared.comNatasha Rothwell is turning “Who TF Did I Marry?” into a TV show. The 43-year-old Insecure star is developing a project based around the viral TikTok series posted by Tareasa “Reesa Teesa” Johnson earlier this year.
She executive produce the project, in addition to starring as Reesa Teesa, via Variety. The TikTok series, spread across 50 separate videos and more than eight hours of footage, chronicle her relationship with her ex-husband, who she describes as a pathological liar.
The series got more than 450 million impressions, and earned her over 3 million followers in a two-week period. There was a competitive bidding war according to the report, until Natasha ultimately acquired the rights to “Who TF Did I Marry?” via her Big Hattie Productions banner. Tareasa signed with CAA in March, the month after “Who TF Did I Marry?” went viral.
