Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.A Livingston schoolgirl has been praised for her fantastic drawing of a popular children’s book character.Children at Williamston Primary School in Livingston enjoyed reading the Corrie’s Capers books, all about the adventures of a Westie called Corrie.They found out that this series, written by the Mary’s Meals CommunityAmbassador for the Isle of Arran, Alison Page, was helping children in other countries.All profits from the sale of Alison’s books are donated to Mary’s Meals to help provide a daily meal for children in a place of education.They produced some fantastic pictures of Corrie in her kilt and six-year-old Rowan Saunders’ picture was.
