West Lothian police appeal for information after series of break-ins

Police are appealing for the public’s help to solve a number of break-ins.The incidents are not thought to be connected.The first incident happened at a house on Jacklin Green between 10am on Thursday, 21 December and 11.45pm on Friday, 22 December.Entry was forced to the property and a number of personal items stolen.Between the hours of 7.30am and 11.20am on Friday, 22 December, 2023, a house in Cunningham Crescent, Broxburn was broken into.

The perpetrators ransacked the house, stealing several personal items. They also stole a Mitsubishi Outlander from the drive.And between 4pm and 6.50pm a property in Meadowhead Grove, Addiewell was broken in to and a small quantity of cash and personal items taken.Officers are reviewing relevant CCTV footage from in and around the area for any additional information.Detective Constable Natalie Civil, of Livingston Police Station, said: “We would urge anyone who saw any suspicious activity around the area to get in touch.“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV from the area.“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101.
