Ruth Langsford has advised fans to 'remember' before apologising to one of her disgruntled fans. The presenter shared a relatable new video on social media in which she opened up about getting back to into her routine after the Christmas and New Year festivities.

Ruth, 63, showed what she "really looks like" as she took to Instagram on Sunday (January 7), to share an update with her fans ahead of her return to Loose Women on Monday (January 8) after taking a break from anchoring the ITV lunchtime show.
