Video footage shows the aftermath of a melee involving former Wales captain Ashley Williams at his son's football match. The former Swansea City and Everton star has been charged with 'improper conduct' including 'violent or threatening behaviour by the Manchester FA following the incident.

The incident is understood to have happened during an under-12s game in the East Manchester Junior Football League between Corinthians and his son's side TSC at Wright-Robinson College in Gorton.

Reports suggest it was sparked by a clash between players on the pitch and that Mr Williams then allegedly became involved in an 'altercation' with another adult.
