A Tory MP who has been accused of watching porn in the House of Commons is expected to announce his departure, sources claim.

Neil Parish, the MP for Tiverton and Honiton in the South West, was reported by two female colleagues to have been seen watching pornography on his mobile phone while sat near to them.

The 65-year-old was suspended from the Conservative whip pending the outcome of an investigation on Friday (April 29). Mr Parish has referred himself to the Commons’ standards committee over the alleged incident, while the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS) has also launched an investigation.
