Norwich City star Todd Cantwell has offered a hint at what Rangers must offer if he is to make a move to the Scottish Premiership this month.

Cantwell is out of contract with Norwich City in the summer and doesn't appear to be in David Wagner's plans for the remainder of the season having been bombed out of the squad for his first game in charge against Blackburn in the FA Cup.
