Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in the 2020 election. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

‘The View’ Cancels Halloween Episode Amid Election: “It’s Too Important”

With the 2024 presidential election less than a month away, the women of The View have little else on their minds. On Tuesday’s episode of the ABC roundtable show’s Behind the Table podcast, producer Brian Teta revealed to co-host Joy Behar that they will not have a Halloween episode for the first time in 28 years. “I’m going to announce something today that’s going to upset a portion of the audience, but I think it’s going to make you happy,” he told Behar. “This year, because it’s only a few days before the election and we need to be live, the hosts are not going to dress up for Halloween.” He explained of the tradition, “They’re iconic, it’s great, I’ll try to bring it back next year.

The problem is, those shows are a huge undertaking, we have to do them on tape.
