Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Three new mental health and emotional wellbeing initiatives have been launched due to the the Covid-19 pandemic being a ‘particularly stressful and isolating time’ for many people.
With lockdown set to continue for at least another three weeks, these are intended to bolster the range of services on officer by providing further support for both children and adults.
