A24 has become a studio synonymous with originality and experimentation. And for the most part, with films like “Moonlight,” “The Lighthouse,” “Lady Bird,” and “Hereditary,” among many more, the mission statement has really worked out well.

But now, A24 is presenting “The Beach,” which is probably the studio’s most experimental project yet.
