Members of two rival Mexican drug cartels opened fire on each other just miles from the U.S.-Mexico border, using .50 cal machine guns mounted on trucks to claim dominance over a popular smuggling route. The footage, provided to Fox by the Texas Department of Public Safety, shows at least four vehicles engaged in a gunfight on a road near Ciudad Miguel Aleman, a Mexican border city directly across the border from Roma, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley. An infant in Phoenix, Arizona tested positive for fentanyl in the second such case police have encountered in less than a week. Phoenix Police responded to the latest case at 10 a.m. local time on Wednesday, discovering an infant that tested positive for exposure to fentanyl.The infant was treated and is expected to survive, with police saying the baby was placed in the care of the Department of Child Safety, according to a report from Fox 10.

A controversial, anti-violence activist priest in Chicago who once caught attention for his relationship with former President Barack Obama is under investigation for another sexual abuse of a minor case.  The Archdiocese of Chicago announced Saturday that Father Michael Pfleger will be under investigation for a new allegation of sexual abuse of a minor said to have taken place more than 30 years ago, according to a statement.  "Father Pfleger has been asked to step aside from ministry and live away from the parish while the allegation is investigated. He has agreed to cooperate fully with this request," Archbishop of Chicago Cardinal Blase J. Two fathers have been accused of shooting each other's daughters during the course of a road rage altercation in Florida this week.  William Hale, 36, and Frank Allison, 43, have both been charged with attempted murder following a driving dispute that resulted in the two drivers allegedly firing shots at each other that struck the other person's daughter, WOFL-TV reported. The Nassau County Sheriff's Office says both parties were speeding and "brake checking each other" and seemingly were playing a "cat and mouse game" while driving erratically along US Highway 1 in Nassau County, Florida.
