Tesco issues huge blow to all Clubcard users amid cost of living crisis

Supermarket giant Tesco has been ctiticized by shoppers after announcing 'devastating' news about its Clubcards amid the cost of living crisis.

Millions of Brits are currently trying to keep costs as low as possible as bills continue to rise. While many are taking tips from the likes of Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis to keep costs low, others are looking to tools like Tesco Clubcard to ensure they get the best deals immediately.

But Tesco has issued a blow to millions of Clubcard holders with its latest announcement. Loyal Tesco customers have been able to redeem their Clubcard points accrued every time they use the store to buy a Delivery Saver plan at a third of the standard price - but that all ends next month, when anyone wanting to buy a delivery plan will have to pay the full price. At the moment, every 50p in Clubcard vouchers can be redeemed to get £1.50 off a delivery package, but the supermarket sent out an email on Monday warning shoppers about the changes in the pipeline.
