The woman was allegedly caught on CCTV pulling the wrapper off a cigarette packet and adding it to chicken curry before complaining to the waiter.
Restaurant owner Naseem Khan, 44, said the family-of-five "wolfed down" down their meals when they visited her curry house Namji on Monday.
However, when the bill was brought to their table, they refused to pay because they had found "plastic" in their food - despite already receiving 20 per cent discount over the issue.
