Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.
The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.
Teenager chased into Tesco and attacked with 'machete' as men tried to steal his bike
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA teenager was chased into a Tesco store and attacked with a suspected machete as two men tried to steal his bike. Merseyside Police were called to the Tesco Express store on Allerton Road in Liverpool on Sunday afternoon (September 15), the ECHO reports.
At around 6.30pm, a 16-year-old boy was reportedly chased into the Allerton Road store by two men. While he was in the store he was attacked with a bladed weapon, believed to be a machete, and suffered cuts to his arms.
The suspected offenders then made off out of the store. They are described as white males, aged between 18-20. READ MORE: Man arrested for drug offences and failing to stop after smashing into car One was wearing a grey tracksuit and one was wearing black.
Police were called to reports of an attempted bike robbery. There were customers in the store at the time but nobody else was injured during the incident.
