In her latest album The Tortured Poets Department, Taylor Swift doesn't pull any punches when it comes to laying bare her feelings about past relationships.Swift's new release, which came out today, sees the 34-year-old singer-songwriter aiming her lyrical arrows at a former flame who left quite an impact despite their brief two-week romance.

Such was the depth of her emotions, she muses on turning into a "functioning alcoholic" following their split.Among the poignant and pointed lyrics is a reference to someone who sports a "Jehovah's Witness suit" and managed to "rust a sparkling summer".

These clues have led fans to speculate that she could be alluding to her short-lived dalliance with Matty Healy, The 1975's frontman and son of soap stars Denise Welch and Tim Healy. The duo, first rumoured to be an item in 2014, reignited the spark last year for a fleeting period less than a month long, parting ways in the early days of June.

In her track Fortnight, she croons: "I love you, it's ruining my life / I touched you for only a fortnight", reports the Mirror.
