They were both stopped by police after being spotted driving cars with defective lights. In the early hours of this morning, Sunday 8 August, team XT18 were in the Halliwell Road area where they stopped their first suspect, the driver of a Toyota Corolla with a defective light.
Officers decided to conduct a roadside drug test on the driver, who was then arrested on suspicion of drug driving. Back on the road, having just finished in custody with the Toyota driver, team XT18 then stopped another vehicle with a defective light.
