Strictly's Nick Knowles gives health update from hospital after surgery following show injuries

Nick Knowles, the beloved TV presenter and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, shared an update from his hospital bed as he revealed he had undergone surgery.The 62 year old DIY SOS star posted a selfie in his hospital gown, informing his Instagram followers that his operation to reattach his bicep was successful.

In a heartfelt message, Nick expressed: "Just woken up from my op. All went well by all accounts so I have a reattached bicep now so bit of physio over the next two or three months and all should be right as rain and back to 100% I think."
