Adam grumbled about the state of his shoes after his training session. Pulling apart the shiny black pair for his fans to see the extent of the damamge, he said: "So this is how I know I've been dragging my feet in the Vienese waltz. "These are brand new, literally brand new. " He blamed doing 'heel leads' on his tattered shoes.
