Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson has accused the SPFL of "dancing on the head of a pin" over language used in the row between the league body and the club.
The spat has stemmed from Rangers ' 200-page dossier that alleges wrongdoing from the SPFL in the vote to end the Scottish season.
League organisers including chief executive Neil Doncaster fired back and claimed there was "not a shred of evidence" relating to "corruption, bullying and coercion".
But Robertson is adamant that the SPFL are getting caught up in the wording used and failing to address bigger issues from the evidence provided.The dossier argued that a £10million liability would be due to league broadcasters Sky Sports and BT Sport if the season was ended early
