Steven Naismith hailed Hearts for setting up another semi-final crack at Rangers - then promised his stars are hungry to avenge their last Hampden meeting as they eye cup glory.
The Jambos edged past Morton 1-0 thanks to Kenneth Vargas’ 86th minute goal in a ferocious Scottish Cup quarter-final tie at Cappielow to secure another semi against Philippe Clement’s side.
Hearts have lost all four of their meetings with Rangers so far this season including a 3-1 defeat in the last four of the League Cup and a 5-0 Premiership trouncing at Ibrox last month.
Holders Celtic will tackle Aberdeen in the other semi. But Naismith, who hailed veteran keeper Craig Gordon for his impressive display to shut out Ton, insists his players believe they can go all the way.
