Shed Seven have got the birthday present of their dreams - their first No1 album.The York group’s A Matter of Time became their first chart topper today, kicking off their 30th anniversary celebrations in style.Their sixth studio album, which includes a duet with Libertines’ Pete Doherty, is their first in seven years.It sounds like a rip-roaring debut from a young band not the work of a group who were formed in 1990 and who began releasing music in 1994.Ahead of sold out instore shows at HMV Glasgow Argyle Street tomorrow and Sunday, frontman Rick Witter, 51.
