The pair - who went their separate ways earlier this year - said they were desperate to salvage a friendship after their one-year romance.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at her Lipsy clothing launch, Chrishell said: "It’s one of those things where it is hard and awkward, and we’ve had to fight for our friendship. "I think it’s nice as mature adults that, this person you cared so much about, you don’t want it to be weird.
