Scots couple honour cup final heroes with huge 26-year-old shirt draped from house

A Barrhead couple have put their shirt on Arthurlie for Sunday's Junior Cup final. William and Myra Dyer have a giant jersey showcasing the club’s colours draped over the front of the Paisley Road home they have lived in since 1990.It’s the first time in 26 years that retired Barrhead hairdresser Myra’s stunning creation has been on show.And it has become something of a star attraction in the town with locals coming for a look – while passing motorists stop to take pictures.Arthurlie face West of Scotland League rivals Darvel in their first Junior Cup final since thrashing Southside Derby foes Pollok 4-0 in 1998.
