Ryan Murphy Expresses Interest In Additional 'Monsters' Episodes Amid Developments in Menendez Brothers' Case, Talks Reaction to Show

Monsters was slammed by members of the Menendez family upon its release. However, it has sparked a conversation about the case and led to people championing the brothers being released from jail.
Earlier this month, it was announced that a hearing will take place to examine new evidence that has emerged. In a recent interview, Ryan reflected on the show’s success, negative reactions to it and if he was interested in adding additional episodes thanks to developments in the case. We never thought anybody ever would again,” he admitted. He added that he did not advocate for anyone being “thrown away forever,” expressing hope that Erik and Lyle would be freed.
