Planning permission granted for three new homes in Lanarkshire village

North Lanarkshire councillors have given the go-ahead for three more new homes to be built near Cleland.Permission for the houses was granted during the meeting of the local authority’s planning committee this week.

The application had been lodged by Taylor Homes (Scotland) Limited, Eastcroft House in Wishaw.The three detached homes will occupy a 0.23 hectare site on land at North And South Road at Bellside, and each will feature an integral garage with its own dedicated driveway, and garden ground.
