PES to become a free-to-play game after Konami rebranding

However, a drastic change in rebranding means the series will now be known as eFootball. And that's not the only drastic change as it will also be free-to-play. Series producer Seitaro Kumara said a different approach will be taken with regular updates to the game - yearly updates for each new season will be free.
