Located on a 15-acre campus, the $40 million project currently under construction encompasses 250,000 square feet of cutting-edge production space.
Included at Fallback Studios are five sound stages, two podcast rooms, an advanced 4K theater, post-production suites, production offices, bungalows, lighting & grip service, an LED volume allowing for virtual production, and more.
The first Hollywood-style built studio within a 400-mile radius, Fallback’s message to the creative community is clear: “Don’t leave, and if you have, come back.” The construction phase alone will have a $39 million economic impact, generating $14.4 million in earnings and creating 250 jobs.
