Nine residents die of suspected Covid-19 at Clydebank care home

Nine residents have died at a Scots care home from suspected coronavirus with over a dozen more displaying symptoms. Since the beginning of April a total of nine residents have died at Hill View care home in Clydebank.

A further 16 are displaying Covid-19 symptoms and one case is currently confirmed at the facility on Singer Road.A spokesman for the care home said: "Every death is a great loss and our most heartfelt condolences go to each resident's family and friends - they are all in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time."Regrettably, like many care homes across the country, we are now seeing an increase in cases of Covid-19 as the virus reaches its peak."As of today, there are currently 16 residents in the home who are displaying
