A mum has told how she let her son practice his football skills by letting him repeatedly hit his ball from their neighbour's fence.She said that when her eight-year-old child returned from school, he would move into the garden to practice his skills.
But when he tried to improve his technique, the neighbours ended up complaining, reports the Mirror.Sharing her story on Reddit, she wrote: "My eight-year-old son loves to play sport, especially soccer.
Everything has been well so far, except one of my neighbours (who resides in the house opposite to our backyard) has complained about my son kicking his soccer ball onto the shared fence."She continued: "One day, my neighbour came outside and yelled out 'can you please stop kicking the fence?' My son giggled and stopped that day because it was starting to get dark, but the next day he resumed as usual."The mother spoke to her neighbour about the issue and said she won't stop her son from enjoying his hobby.
She insisted that it's better he stays outside instead of playing video games indoors.She said "I told her that the fence is a strong colourbond and that it won't be damaged and that I won't tell him to stop because he is playing outside."The woman added: "I don't think I'm in the wrong.
