Break tasks down into manageable chunks and be sure to give yourself credit when you complete them.List the things that you are grateful for and think about what went well today.Even light exercise can cheer us up by releasing dopamine, and a feeling of accomplishment.
It will help with sleep, and with stress.Speaking to a friend, family, a colleague who you trust, or even contacting a helpline can help us when we're struggling.Planning can help take the stress out of certain days or events.
